仁愛國小 101 學年度創設「南瀛仁愛 eTV」網路電視臺，創設宗旨為協助推動『「仁」人「愛」傳校園』有品提昇運動。透過此平臺，以播報校園新聞的方式進行校內各項議題宣導。新聞中最重要的內容為該月份的品德核心議題校園生活短劇，結合生活時事每週一集，生活短劇的演出讓沒有機會登臺領獎而想出風頭的學生素人，多此機會能表現自我。而參與演出的學生除自願報名的之外，尚涵蓋校園中亟需有品提昇的學生，以修複式正義的觀點讓其參與演出，從戲劇中有品再出發。
「主播」一職則是讓有興趣的學生皆能一嘗夙願。老師協助學生主播審稿、讀稿， 學生主播則發揮創意裝扮自己，當一位自然就是美的俏皮甜心主播。
