說明：
一、家庭教育中心長期以來為協助民眾解決有關婚姻、親子、家人關係等家庭困擾，提供家庭教育諮詢專線「412-8185」（幫一幫我）及面談服務；為讓服務更多元，特別再開闢二線關懷專線，主動關懷需家庭教育資源服務的家庭，請轉知所屬家長多加利用。
二、旨揭致電關懷服務對象分為一般家庭及新住民家庭，新住民家庭致電關懷服務以具有通譯資格人員進行致電關懷，目前以越南語及印尼語通譯服務為主。
三、檢附「家長需求表」、「需求家庭送件彙整表」及「需求評估轉介單」（如附件 1 至 3 ），請協助提供需服務家庭相關資訊，上開附件資料完備後免備文，郵寄或逕送臺南市家庭教育中心溪南服務處（ 710012 臺南市永康區華興街 2 號），俾利進行致電關懷服務。
