「開心農園-親子共耕」體驗活動於上週日（ 2/25 ）登場，吸引了 12 個家庭和 30 多位大人與孩子們的參與。當天的主講者是「洄稻佳里」品牌的創辦人兼青年農夫楊淑華。她分享了自己的創業故事，講述了從都市小孩成長為農夫的心路歷程，並介紹了友善耕作的理念和想法。最後，她帶領著 12 個家庭中的新手農夫們一同參與了親子共耕活動。 這次的春耕的作物是辣椒和茄子，從先前的整地到當日的領苗►鬆土►挖穴►種植►覆植被►澆水►立牌宣誓，一步步體驗種植蔬菜的過程。透過這樣的課程設計活動，不僅可以促進親子關係，讓孩子們學習到照顧新生命的責任感，同時也能夠採用自然農法種植農作物，減輕環境污染，推廣當地食材，減少碳排放，更加愛護地球。讓孩子們從家庭開始，感受農業勞動的辛苦，並深刻地珍惜和愛護土地。
