2023 Tainan Student Dance Competition
Purpose: To promote the art of dance education and cultivate students' interest and abilities in dance
Registration Process:
Regardless of group or individual participation, all registrations must be completed online. Each school is responsible for reviewing and verifying the registration information submitted by their students. After ensuring the accuracy of the registration data, the schools are required to send the registration documents via registered mail to 文化 Elementary School, using the registered mail stamp as proof. Only upon approval by the reviewing institution and the submission of the participant's written application form, the registration process is considered complete.
For the written application form, please refer to the "Instructions and Guidelines for Registration" on the National Student Dance Competition Information Website: https://studentdance.perdc.ntnu.edu.tw. After completing the online registration process, print three copies of the paper application form, including the list of participants, and affix the school's official seal ('大印') or the registration department's stamp for colleges and universities (other schools should affix the school's official seal '大印'). Additionally, two copies should be sent to the organizing school for registration purposes, and one copy should be kept by the participant to bring to the competition venue for check-in and verification.
Upon completion of verification, the written application form must be returned. It should be sent by registered mail to the Student Affairs Office of 文化 Elementary School, GuiRen District, by September 15th (Friday). The address is No. 136, Section 2, Culture Street, GuiRen District, Tainan City, 711007, Taiwan. Registered mail postmarks will serve as proof of postage. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. Failure to affix the school's official seal (or the registration department's stamp) on the written application form, or failure to submit the form within the specified registration period, will be considered incomplete registration and will not be subject to dispute.
