Announcement for 2026-2027 1st Semester After-school Camp Online Registration

The registration for the 2026-2027 1st Semester After-school Camps will begin at 8 pm on June 16, 2026. Please read the following schedule and important notes carefully:

1. Restrictions on Registration:
   • IBST students in G1-G2 cannot register for the Elementary Department's after-school clubs.
   • IBST students are not allowed to join the Elementary Department's after-school care.
2. Registration Website:

3. Registration Schedule to prevent server overload:
   • Elementary Department G1-G3 After-School Clubs: Starts at 8 pm on June 16 (Tuesday)
   • IBST After-School Camps: Starts at 9:00 pm on June 16, (Tuesday)
   • Elementary Department G4-G6 After-School Clubs: Starts at 8 pm on June 17 (Wednesday)
   • Registration Deadline for All: Closes at 8 pm on June 22 (Monday)

為讓伺服器不造成負荷，本次報名作業時程如下：

   *國小部課後社團 G1-3 報名： 6/16(二) 20 ： 00 開始

   *雙語部課後營隊報名：6/16(二) 21 ： 00 開始

   *國小部課後社團 G4-6 報名： 6/17(三) 20 ： 00 開始

   *報名結束日期統一為： 6/22(一)20 ： 00 截止

4. Important Notes on Registration:
   • Only one club/camp can be registered for in the same time slot. If you wish to register for another club/camp in the same time slot, you must withdraw from the previously registered club/camp first. If a club/camp is full, registration will not be possible unless someone withdraws. Parents should monitor the registration status during the registration period.
     課後照顧、課後社團及課後營隊課程在相同時段只能擇一報名，若您已報名某個時段的課程，必須將已報名時段的課程退選，才能再報名相同時段的其他課程。名額額滿將無法再報名，除非該額滿的課程有人退選。請家長於報名期間內，隨時留意。
5. Minimum Enrollment Requirements:
   • Classes will only be offered if the minimum number of registrations is met. If the number of registrations is insufficient, the class will not be opened. After the registration deadline, please check the announcement online for the results.
     報名人數需滿最低人數才開班，若報名人數不足額，將不開班，故報名截止後，請家長務必上網看公告結果。
6. Consideration for Others:
   • Please thoughtfully consider your registration choices and avoid random registrations to prevent inconvenience to others. To ensure fair allocation of resources such as teachers and space, parents should refer to the implementation plan. After-school club/camp classes are additional services, and whether a class will be opened depends on the number of registrations and availability of teachers. It is recommended that parents arrange for external after-school care, activities, or transport for their children during the summer in case the desired clubs/camps are not available. Since the school campus is open without walls, ensure your child's safety by not letting them stay on campus alone.
     請思考評估後選填，請勿任意報名，避免造成他人困擾；為安排各項師資、空間規劃及整體公平原則，請家長務必參閱實施計畫，由於課後照顧、課後社團及課後營隊屬額外服務，開班與否將根據報名人數和師資情況而定。建議家長在公告錄取結果後、寒假期間提前安排孩子相關的校外課後安親、才藝、親友接送等，以因應可能的情況。由於國小部屬無圍牆開放校園，開學後請勿讓孩子獨自在校園逗留，以確保他們的安全，避免發生意外。
7. First Day of After-School Clubs/Camps:
   • On the first day of Elementary after-school clubs, students signed up for Elementary Department clubs should gather at the Ocean Square in the Elementary Department for the first session and will be led to the classroom by the instructor. 
     課後社團第一次上課日，參與國小部社團之學生統一於國小部海洋廣場前集合報到。
   • Students signed up for IBST camps should go to the location directly. On the first day of after-school camps, elementary students participating in IBST camps should gather at the Ocean Square in the Elementary Department for the first session and will be led to the classroom by the instructor. IBST students participating in IBST camps should go directly to their designated class locations.
     課後營隊第一次上課日，參與雙語部營隊之國小部學生統一於國小部海洋廣場前集合報到。參與雙語部營隊之雙語部學生請直接前往上課地點。
8. Announcement of Registration Results:
   • The results will be announced on June 29, 2026.
      公告報名結果： 115 年 6 月 29 日公告。
