You are cordially invited to IBST for the Open House.

1. Date: 3/10

2. Time: 16:00 to 18:00

3. The schedule is as follows:

16:00-16:10	Parents sign up	3F Auditorium
16:10-16:22	College application general section
16:22-16:27	Q & A
16:27-16:30	Move to classroom
16:30-17:52	Meet with college counselor (one on one)	Guidance Room F403
16:30-17:52	Meet the teachers (one on one)	Classroom of each teacher
17:52-18:00	Clean up & dismiss

4. For “ Meet the Teachers one on one ” section, you can click the link to make an appointment before Friday March. 6^th, 23:59.

5. In order to make time enough for every parent to be able to meet with teachers, please limit conversation to 10 minutes at most. If you have more questions than time allows or a scheduling conflict and are unable to make an appointment, you are welcome to contact the homeroom teachers, subject teachers and admins directly to reschedule a suitable time for a discussion.
