申請新住民及子女特殊才能獎勵金 Special Talent Award Scholarship for Taiwan New Immigrants and Their Children's 

As disclosed in 2026 Academic Year New Immigrant and Their Children's Empowerment and Scholarship (Incentive) Program 114 學年度新住民及子女培力與獎助(勵)學金計畫  (attachment)

Students need to meet the following criteria to apply:

• One of the parents is a non-Taiwanese citizen.

• Outstanding performance in athletics or academics in the past three years, with records of winning an award in national-level competitions. See the attached list for eligible certificates. 

Please note individuals who received the scholarship in this category for the years 2024 or 2025 may not use the same winning results/achievements when applying for the year 2026. Those found submitting duplicate entries will have their eligibility revoked.
