2025 Christmas Party Talent Show sign up

Christmas party this year will be on 12/24(Wed) because we have a day off on 12/25!
You can fill out this form to participate in talent show during the party!
Grade 1 to 6 will also receive a physical sign up form, you can choose to fill in that or this online form for your convenience
 
It can be in any forms(music, dance, etc)
performance time limit will be 3 minutes per performance(this might fluctuate due to time and amount of performances we receive)
we will notify you in advance if there are any adjustments
