We warmly invite you to join us at school to celebrate Christmas with your children! Please mark your calendars for a day of festive cheer and student activities.

1.Date: Wednesday, December 24, 2025
2.Time: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

3.Location: IBST Campus
9:00–12:00: Gym
13:20–16:00: Auditorium

4.Contribution Request (Optional)
We are planning a shared meal for the celebration and welcome your kind contributions:
(1). Potluck Contribution
You are welcome to bring a dish or food item to share.
Please let us know what you will bring, including ingredient information (for allergy awareness) and whether the dish is vegetarian, Muslim-friendly, etc., so we can prepare a small note card.
(2) Cash Donation
Alternatively, you may donate cash to help the school purchase food, drinks, and materials for Christmas decorations.
If you would like to make a cash donation, please give it to our Office Assistant, Ms. San.
If any funds remain unused, IBST will reserve them for the upcoming debate Nifty and to support Student Council activities.
Your support will help make our celebration even more wonderful!

To help us prepare, please confirm your attendance and preferred contribution by completing the Google Form.

6.Notes
(1)Gift Exchange: Participation is optional. If you or your child would like to join, please prepare a gift valued at approximately NT$200–300 and bring it to the party.
(2)Dismissal: Grades 1–6 will be dismissed at 12:40 PM. If elementary students stay to watch the afternoon spelling bee or musical performance, parental supervision is required.
