We are excited to announce the IBST On-Campus Study Tour, offering students a brief internal exchange opportunity with the Junior/Senior High Department (Regular Department).

This program is designed to broaden your learning experience and help you gain a complete view of future academic pathways by observing and experiencing local Taiwanese curricula.

Key Program Details
📅 Dates: December 29, 30, and 31, 2025 (Monday to Wednesday)
📍   Schedule: Attend Regular Department classes during Periods 1 to 7.
      Note: Students cannot selectively return to IBST classes.
🎯 Eligibility: Currently enrolled students in Grade 7, Grade 8, and Grade 10 only.
🏆 Quota: 
      Junior High: 2 spots (G7/G8 to Regular Dept G8)
      Senior High: 2 spots (G10 to Regular Dept G10)

How to Apply
IBST Internal Exchange Program Policy 

⏱️ Application Deadline

• Period: From now until 16:00 on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.

• Submission: Submit the application form to the IBST Academic Chief, Ms. Jing (ext. 7105).

• Announcement: Admitted students list will be posted on Friday, December 19, 2025.

📝 Selection Criteria

Selection is based on a weighted review:

• Overall Chinese Language Score (40%): Must be within the top 40% of your Chinese language class (includes Chinese and CSL scores).

• Application Form (60%): This is the primary component of your application.

• Required Material: Completed Application Form and Q1 Academic Transcript/Proof of Chinese Grades.

⚠️ Student Obligations

Students selected for the tour must adhere to the following:

• Follow Host Rules: Daily routines and homework must follow the Regular Department's regulations. Failure to follow classroom rules or involvement in conflicts will result in immediate return to IBST and disqualification from future programs.

• Reflection: Submit a reflective report of at least 200 words or share your experience at the following IBST Monthly Assembly.

• Self-Study: You are responsible for self-studying the courses missed in the IBST curriculum; the school will not provide make-up classes.
