We hope you have a safe and fun-filled celebration while enjoying the festivities!
As a quick reminder, midterm exams are scheduled for next week (Nov. 3rd to Nov. 7th).
For elementary students,
Exams will take place from Nov. 4th to 8th.
Please reach out to your homeroom teacher for your grade’s subjects exam schedule.

We ask all students and parents to review the following points to ensure a fair and orderly testing environment, in accordance with the IBST Examination Rules and Regulations (approved 2025.6.5):

| 1. Preparation: Use the days leading up to the exams for focused study and review. Ensure proper rest and nutrition. | |
| 2. Materials: Students must bring all necessary stationery (pencils, erasers, calculators if permitted). Sharing materials is strictly prohibited. | |
| 3. Electronic Devices: All electronic devices (mobile phones, smartwatches, etc.) are strictly prohibited in the examination room. Devices must be turned off and stored away. | |
| 4. Late Arrival: Students arriving more than 20 minutes after the exam starts will not be allowed to enter the examination room. | |
| 5. Absences: For absences due to illness or special circumstances, students must follow the school's leave procedures and provide documentation (e.g., a medical certificate for sick leave). Make-up exams will be arranged according to policy. |
