This is a reminder that this Friday is the final deadline to submit your elective or club course change form. Please make sure you complete the process by 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

✔ Your form must include all required signatures, including your parent’s signature.
✔ Course change forms are available at the Office.
✔ You may also confirm with the teacher of the new course to ensure your name is on their attendance list. This indicates that your course change has been successfully processed.

Please don’t miss this deadline—late submissions will not be accepted.
