Given that the flu is currently prevalent domestically, and with the winter break approaching, please pay attention to your health and participate in collective prevention.

1. Implement the principle of "no attending classes or work when sick": Infected individuals are advised to wear masks, follow proper rest, hydrate, and undergo treatment as directed by a physician.

2. Strengthen education and promotion for faculty, staff, students, and parents:

  • Establish good hygiene habits: Cultivate regular handwashing, observe hand and respiratory hygiene, cough etiquette, and try to avoid crowded and poorly ventilated public places. If respiratory symptoms are present, wear a mask; when sneezing, use a tissue or handkerchief to cover the mouth and nose, or use the elbow instead. Maintain a distance of at least 1 meter when talking to others.
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Engage in moderate exercise, ensure sufficient sleep, and maintain a balanced diet.
  • Pay attention to danger signs and seek medical attention promptly: Promote awareness that flu-infected individuals showing signs such as difficulty breathing, rapid breathing, cyanosis (oxygen deficiency, lips turning purple or blue), bloody or thickened sputum, chest pain, altered consciousness, low blood pressure, or persistent high fever for 72 hours should seek medical attention promptly.
  • Encourage influenza vaccination: During the winter break, if traveling to areas with infectious disease outbreaks or participating in academic exchanges, assess the need for vaccination or consult with a "Travel Medicine Clinic" for advice and take appropriate measures such as vaccination.

3. Provide suitable equipment and a supportive environment: Ensure an adequate supply of proper handwashing facilities and materials, maintain clean and well-ventilated classrooms, and keep spacious areas. Additionally, regularly implement environmental cleaning and disinfection and increase frequency as needed.

4. Implement epidemic monitoring and reporting: Stay vigilant about health and absenteeism. In case of abnormal leave situations, please contact the school.
