Youth and Sports Professional Olympic Experience Camp 2023-24

Registration Instructions:

For Youth Participants: Registration is open to school groups only and should be completed using both the Google online form and physical paper submission.

Both steps must be completed to be eligible for acceptance.

School group registration should be coordinated through the respective school unit's teacher or contact person.

Please complete the Google online form by September 27, 2023.

Submit the physical paper application, including the Parental Consent and Activity Disclaimer Form (Attachment 2), by mail.

Note: The completion of both the online form and the physical paper submission is necessary to qualify for admission.
