Application Procedure:
Students participating in or observing sports competitions or sports performances announced by the school should have their schools coordinate and submit applications for financial assistance through the online application area for student observation and competition one month before the event.
If the subsidy covers both observation and participation in the event and you wish to apply for both types of assistance, please fill out separate applications (one application for each type). However, if it is for the same event and falls under the same subsidy category, each school can only apply for one case and duplicate applications for assistance will not be accepted.
The approved amount of assistance shall be determined based on the "List of Expense Determination Criteria for Student Participation in and Observation of Sports Competitions or Performances" and the provisions of Article 7 of these guidelines.
Verification Procedure: For applications verified online, the process for verifying financial assistance should be submitted through the online application area for student observation and competition within one month after the event's conclusion.
