一、響應 2022 年迎春禮祭典，鼓勵臺南市民一同共襄盛舉參與民族活動暨踩街嘉年華，特別舉行【牽春牛踅大街-創意春牛徵選比賽】、【踏向新春-創意腳踏車徵選比賽】，臺南市民自行組隊參加，以「迎向春天」、「生氣蓬勃」為比賽主題，鼓勵用環保回收材料為創作素材。進入決選作品於 2022 年迎春禮祭典當天，由參賽團隊帶著作品參與踩街嘉年華。
