銓敘部配合年金制度改革所提公務人員退休撫卹法草案於民國 102 年 4 月經考試院送請立法院審議後，迄今尚未完成立法程序，該部從未委託「精聯保險經紀人股份有限公司(以下稱精聯公司」及任何協會團體、公司或個人進行年金改革之宣導。
