轉知世界展望會扶助經濟弱勢學童申請辦法，若有符合條件的學童需要資助，請洽註冊組(分機 324)。

說明：

一、資助條件

  1. 家長雙方或一方失能：單親、身心障礙、患重大疾病、入獄，無法工作，影響家中經濟甚鉅。
  2. 父母雙亡或一方死亡之隔代教養家庭或單親家庭。
  3. 家庭失能：家庭破碎、失業、無固定工作。
  4. 特殊狀況：例如父母未負養育之責，家境清貧，無其他社會資源協助之邊緣戶。
  5. 經濟狀況：以共同生活之家庭成員，每人每月收入低於最低生活費用為基準。（ 104年為 10,869元）

​二、資助標準

  1. 符合以上條件，經社工員實地家訪，達到資助條件者，方能成為本中心資助童。
  2. 初開案時，必須為 16歲以下之學童。
  3. 學齡兒童必須持續穩定就學，無犯法行為。

 

三、資助家庭配合事項

1. 社工員家訪時，請兒少及家長簽屬”個資同意書”。

2. 家長需善用本會助學金於繳交兒少教育/生活等各項費用，一旦發現家長未負

   養育責任、私自花用，本會有權將助學金留在學校扣繳學費。

3. 每年至少參加一次本會舉辦的活動。高中以上受助者，務必參加生涯方案，以培力之及從事社會回饋服務。

4. 兒少每年需撰寫聖誕卡、成長報告等書信，以分享個人生活及表達對資助人的感謝。

5. 若電話/住址變更、兒少中輟休學或有特殊情事，需主動聯絡社工員。

6. 每學期結束，請傳真/郵寄兒少整學期的成績單(非單次段考成績)。
