說明：

一、依衛生福利部疾病管制署本(114)1 月 7 日新聞稿指出，我國去(2024)年迄今累計 33 例麻疹病例，年齡介於 20 多歲至 50 多歲，其中 21 例為國內感染病例(含 4 起群聚)，另 12 例為境外移入病例。麻疹為高傳染性疾病，可經由空氣、飛沫傳播或接觸患者鼻咽分泌物感染，出疹前後 4 天均具傳染力，若出現發燒、鼻炎、結膜炎、咳嗽、紅疹等症狀，應提高警覺儘速就醫診斷，以阻斷疫情傳播。

二、為避免校園出現麻疹疫情，請學校落實執行麻疹防疫措施及衛教宣導：

(一)落實良好衛生習慣：平時應養成勤洗手及注意手部衛生、良好的呼吸道衛生及咳嗽禮節，如有呼吸道症狀時應配戴口罩，口罩如有髒汙，應勤加更換；打噴嚏、咳嗽時應用面紙或手帕遮住口鼻，或用衣袖代替；與他人交談時，儘可能保持 1 公尺以上。

(二)維持健康生活形態：適度運動、充分睡眠、均衡飲食，提升自身免疫力。

(三)赴流行地區應做好防護措施，避免感染：計劃前往流行地區者，可至旅遊醫學門診評估是否需施打疫苗，赴流行地區期間仍應注意個人衛生、呼吸道防護及手部清潔，非醫療必要避免前往醫療院所，以降低受感染可能性。返國如有發燒、鼻炎、結膜炎、咳嗽、紅疹等疑似症狀，應配戴口罩儘速就醫並告知醫師旅遊接觸史。

(四)避免出入人潮擁擠、空氣不流通的公共場所，以防呼吸道傳染疾病傳播。

          三、檢附麻疹宣導圖卡 1 份(如附件)，請貴校(園)下載運用並加強宣導，有關疫情資訊或相關防治措施，可參閱疾管署全球資訊網（ http://www.cdc.gov.tw ）/傳染病與防疫專題/傳染病介紹/第二類法定傳染病/麻疹。
