說明：

一、依據客家委員會 113 年 7 月 9 日客會語字第 1136700613 號函辦 理。

、依據國家客家發展計畫「強化通行客語能量、建立客語友 善環境」之目標，提供多樣化客語教材，協助相關人員透 過多元學習增強客語能力。

三、為建立客語友善環境、提升相關人員以客語提供服務之能 力，該會哈客網路學院已設置公務人員、日常公務客語及 客語能力認證專區（網址： https://elearning.hakka. gov.tw/mooc/explorer.php ），新製多元主題課程，模擬 洽公情境及提供客語能力認證學習策略，方便相關人員學 習。

四、請轉知所屬人員，鼓勵多加利用課程學習客語，俾利增進客語能力、協助人員於執行業務過程中以客語與民眾溝 通、說明，以營造便民及溝通無礙的客語環境。
