說明：

一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 112 年 11 月 28 日臺教國署國字第 1120148528 號函及教育部 113 年 5 月 15 日臺教授國部字第 1135501301 號函辦理。

二、依前開函釋，基於提供學生良好受教品質之正向立場，本局准予所屬各級學校及幼兒園代理教師，得利用「無課務時段」參加在職進修，有關「無課務時段」之定義、在職進修之時數、假別及在職進修之資格、條件及程序，說明如下：

(一)有關「無課務時段」，係指學校行事曆實際排定之授課週數，依每週排定之授課節數，其他無課務且無照顧學生需求之時段稱之。

(二)查教師進修研究等專業發展辦法（以下簡稱專業發展辦法）第 6 條第 1 項規定：「高級中等以下學校教師從事進修或研究之資格、條件及程序，依主管機關之規定辦理。」；同辦法第 7 條第 2 項規定略以：「部分辦公時間專業發展，每人每週……時數最高以 8 小時為限……。」

(三)承上，考量代理教師可請假日數有限，且透過在職進修，亦有助於提升其相關專業知能，爰代理教師於無課務時段參加在職進修之時數及假別，比照專業發展辦法所定專任教師之進修時數及假別規定辦理，且業務需自理。

(四)為維護學生受教權及維持校務運作品質，每學年度進修學位教師（含代理教師）人數以不超過編制內現有教師（含代理教師）數 5%為限，其餘資格、條件及程序，準用本市立高級中等以下學校校長及教師在職進修研究實施要點辦理。

三、檢附教育部國民及學前教育署及教育部公文影本各 1 份。
