說明：

一、善牧基金會於民國 76 年開辦全台第一個少女中途之家，並從服務中發現其他需要，於是開展出環環相扣的服務，目前全台服務據點共有 45 處。 30 多年來，善牧致力於婦幼保護服務，協助遭受家庭創傷的婦女、孩童走出傷痛。多年的服務經驗，我們發現許多問題皆源自於家庭，令人擔憂的是，原生家庭所造成的影響遠遠超過我們的想像，不斷循環的代間複製更是造成各種社會問題的主要因素之一。防患於未然，善牧自 105 年起，每年舉辦爸比媽咪節，以父母為主要訴求對象，著手進行前端的預防宣導工作，期望藉由親職課程提升家庭功能，透過講師的專業及經驗分享，加深民眾對於親子教養、溝通、情緒管理等家庭議題的認識。

二、有鑑於近年來，「自殺」已躍升 15～24 歲青少年死因第 2 位，過去十年，台灣年輕人的心理困擾亦逐日驟增，青少年心理健康問題已然迫在眉睫，而父母是青少年心理健康的守門人之一，和諧的親子關係，將有助於減少青少年心理壓力。 113 年，第九屆善牧爸比媽咪節將以「解鎖孩子的青春危機」為題，邀請專業心理師陳志恆及王意中進行分享，期望協助父母增進教養知能，進一步建立親子間正向互動，打造親密家庭關係。
