說明：

一、依據國立臺灣師範大學 113 年 1 月 17 日師大進字第 1131000202A 號函辦理。

二、旨揭基礎級暨初級(多梯次)認證於每月辦理，全國認證於 113 年 9 月 7 日及 15 日於全國 16 個考區辦理，相關報名資訊請 詳閱各級認證簡章，詳附件一、二。

三、旨揭基礎級暨初級認證，另有到校施測服務及認證輔導班 開班補助申請，欲申請辦理之國民中、小學及高中職學 校，請詳閱到校施測簡章如附件三，及開班補助申請表如 附件四。

四、客語能力認證報名作業， 19 歲以下報名免收報名費，超過 19 歲報名者，酌收新臺幣 250 元報名費；公教人員通過認證 者訂有獎勵措施，相關獎勵措施、報名訊息請至「客語能 力認證」網站(https://hakkaexam.hakka.gov.tw)查詢。

五、檢附 113 年度第 1 次客語能力中級暨中高級認證簡章、客語 能力基礎級暨初級認證簡章、到校施測簡章及客語認證輔 導班-開班補助申請表各 1 份。
