說明：

一、依據教育部 113 年 1 月 4 日臺教資(六)字第 1130000526 號函辦理。

二、旨揭相關訊息如下：

(一)依據臺南市政府 112 年 12 月 27 日府環空字第 1120328259B 號函辦理。

(二)依空氣污染防制法第 40 條第 1 項規定：「各級主管機關得視空氣品質需求及污染特性，因地制宜劃設空氣品質維護區，實施移動污染源管制措施。」，另同條第 3 項並規定：「移動污染源管制措施由直轄市、縣（市）主管機關擬訂，報中央主管機關核定後公告之」，合先敘明。

(三)旨揭第三期空氣品質維護區管制範圍與措施如下：

１、管制範圍：國立成功大學部分校區(含成杏校區、力行校區、成功校區、光復校區、敬業校區、自強校區)及其醫學院附設醫院，由東豐路、前鋒路、林森路二、三段及大學路所框圍之區域(詳附圖)。

２、管制措施：自本公告生效日起，下列車輛全時段禁止進入管制區。但符合道路交通安全規則之特種車輛、協助急難救助車輛、配合防災演習車輛或其他經臺南市政府環境保護局同意之車輛者，不在此限：

(１)出廠滿 3 年以上之柴油大客車、大貨車及小貨車，於稽查日(含)前 1 年內無排煙檢驗合格紀錄者。

(２)出廠滿 5 年以上之燃油機車，逾期未完成最近 1 次排氣定期檢驗合格。

３、隨函檢附本市第三期空氣品質維護區公告及管制範圍圖 1 份，請協助加強宣導週知。
