說明：

一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 113 年 1 月 3 日臺教國署學字第 1120185045 號函辦理。

二、駐新加坡代表處經濟組函示（如附件），新加坡衛生部與其他政府單位已強化境內電子煙管理措施，包括於海陸空關卡加強檢查，強化網路銷售、廣告之監測與取締，並於公共場所加強取締使用、擁有電子煙者。

三、另我國「菸害防制法」自 112 年 3 月 22 日修正施行，已將電子煙歸類於類菸品全面禁止、將加熱菸列為指定菸品加強管制，並依該法第 15 條第 1 項第 2 款及第 3 款規定，任何人不得輸入類菸品或其組合元件、未經衛生福利部審查通過之指定菸品或其必要之組合元件；另依衛生福利部國民健康署網站資料顯示，截至 112 年 12 月 11 日止尚無指定菸品通過審查。

四、因寒假將屆且連假期間旅遊頻繁，請適時提醒教職員工生如前往新加坡，應遵循當地之電子煙管制法令，並廣為宣導出國返臺時，勿將類菸品、指定菸品攜帶入境，以符「菸害防制法」規範。

五、有關類菸品、指定菸品之危害資訊及衛教資源，可參考衛生福利部國民健康署建置之「大口呼吸無菸空氣 別碰電子煙及加熱菸」專區（網址： https://tw.news.yahoo.com/topic/2020health ），以及「健康九九」網站（ https://gov.tw/qsd ）。
