說明：
一、依據財團法人公共電視文化事業基金會 112 年 12 月 18 日(112)公視基字第 1120002515 號函辦理。
二、長期關注青少年議題的公視《青春發言人》為了讓各界更重視反詐議題，希望青少年提高網路安全意識，於 12/15 晚間 9 點於青春發言人社群平台（ FB／YT ）上架「躲在螢幕背後的人是誰？-青少年網路交友詐騙」專題影片與「青春網戀模擬器」互動式網站，專題共 5 支影片（內容包含青少年對資深兒少警察的提問、邀請同學體驗交友軟體的實況、關於私密照外流及網路詐騙者的生命故事、資深兒少精神科醫師的建議與分析）。
三、此外節目團隊亦製作了故事型的互動網頁：「青春網戀模擬器」，讓青少年體驗使用交友軟體過程，在每一步抉擇回應中，體認到網路交友可能的風險。【 青春網戀模擬器 】互動網頁： https://youth-news.pts.org.tw/onlinedating
四、為了讓同學及老師更容易理解網路交友詐騙專題，《青春發言人》也特別製作「青春網戀模擬器-練愛手冊」圖文單(請見附件一)，歡迎列印刊登或自由分享檔案。
五、附註:公共電視青少年新聞議題節目《青春發言人》自 2016 年開播至今，曾獲得美國紐約電視獎、加拿大班芙電視節洛磯獎，並曾入圍芝加哥兒童影展及台灣的金鐘獎，是鎖定青少年，鼓勵青少年思辨、關心公共議題的節目。
