說明：
一、依據「2024 台灣燈會在臺南─全國花燈競賽實施計畫」辦理。
二、旨揭計畫競賽組別及重要時程摘述如下：
(一)競賽組別：親子組（國小、幼兒園）、國中組、高中職組、大專社會組、機關團體組。
(二)競賽主題：創作參考元素包含龍年生肖、龍耀臺南、臺南 400 、多元共融、未來創新、宜居城市、觀光特色、城市美學、低碳永續、產業科技、美食文化、族群融合、民俗文化等為主軸等發想創作或結合臺南在地特色與文化，自由創作。
(三)報名方式：請於 112 年 11 月 1 日(星期三)至 12 月 6 日(星期三)前至報名網站 https://2024lantern.tn.edu.tw 填寫資料、列印報名表並核章後，以掛號郵寄至「711010 臺南市歸仁區武東里 16 鄰歸仁六路 2 號『臺南市立沙崙國中』洪嘉懋主任收」(郵戳為憑，逾期概不受理)。
(四)作品資訊與圖檔上傳：已報名者於 113 年 1 月 16 日(星期二)前，皆可修改作品資料與上傳作品圖檔(成品)。
(五)收件時間： 113 年 2 月 18 日(星期日)至 2 月 19 日(星期一)每日 9 時起至 16 時止，凡逾時送件或未預先報名者，不得參加競賽。
(六)收件地點： 2024 台灣燈會在臺南-競賽燈區(高鐵燈區)，由主辦單位點收，詳細位置及相關動線另案公告於網站。
(七)領件時間： 113 年 3 月 11 日(星期一)至 3 月 12 日(星期二)9 時至 15 時止，逾時未領回者，由主辦單位全權處理，不得異議且不負保管責任。
三、有關收件、領件，請惠予相關人員公(差)假登記。
