說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 112 年 8 月 30 日臺教國署學字第 1120112653 號函辦理。
二、本修正案刊載於總統府公報第 7677 號（另見總統府網站 https://www.president.gov.tw 公報系統）。
三、旨揭性平法修法重點，教育部業於性別平等教育全球資訊網（ https://www.gender.edu.tw/web/index.php/home ）提供相關宣導單張及相關簡報，請於宣導時善加利用。
四、另依性平法第 46 條規定：「本法中華民國一百十二年七月二十八日修正之本條文施行前，已受理之校園性別事件尚未終結者，及修正施行前已發生而於修正施行後受理者，均依修正施行後之規定終結之。但已進行之程序，其效力不受影響」。爰有關校園性別事件請依上開規定，除性平法第 48 條除書規定之條文自 113 年 3 月 8 日施行外，應依修正施行條文之規定辦理終結。
