說明：
一、 依據本局 112 年 8 月 18 日召開之「112 年教育局登革熱疫情緊急應變小組第 3 次會議」決議辦理。
二、 為防堵登革熱疫情，提升防疫行動力，請老師將正確之防疫觀念教導學生，進而深入家庭、社區共同進行孳生源清除，化身防疫小尖兵，每週徹底落實「巡、倒、清、刷」，一起投入登革熱防疫工作。
三、 請老師協助執行下列事項：
(一)請將旨揭自我檢查表黏貼於家庭聯絡簿，並請導師向學生進行孳清宣導。
(二)請學生每週 2 次進行住家孳生源自我檢查，確實填列自我檢查表，並請家長簽名確認。
(三)每週一、四由導師檢核執行成果，有關執行情形良好之學生，請導師每個月核予學生小獅王章 1~2 個。
(四)實施期程：原則自即日起至 11 月 30 日止， 12 月 1 日以後仍請納入防疫宣導事項，培養學生加強防疫意識，將防疫觀念落實於生活之中。
四、 本案期許能透過校園防疫宣導之推動與落實，將登革熱防治之概念落實於家戶、社區生活中，加強清除住家戶內外之積水容器及孳生源，共同維護環境整潔及師生健康。
