說明：
一、 依據教育部國民及學前教育署 112 年 7 月 5 日臺教國署學字第 1120088967 號函辦理。
二、 截至本年 6 月 26 日止，國內已累計確診 198 例，目前本土疫情呈散發流行，仍處於高原期，持續有疫情傳播風險，並已出現 2 例特殊案例與性行為無關，分別為首例兒童（ 4 歲）及首例女性（ 90 多歲）猴痘病例。此外，鄰近之日本、韓國、泰國等亞太國家疫情呈上升趨勢，而歐美各國疫情雖較去年趨緩，惟世界衛生組織、英國及美國均於本年 5 月發出警訊，提醒猴痘疫情在部分地區有升溫跡象或有再次爆發大規模疫情之風險。
三、 鑑於國內持續處於高原期，且暑假期間人員交流、旅遊頻繁，為強化教職員工生猴痘防治知能與風險意識，請依本局 112 年 6 月 9 日南市教安(二)字第 1120762590 號函（計達）說明，持續運用疾管署製作之衛教素材，透過多元管道加強所屬人員宣導。
四、 依疾管署於本年 6 月 28 日新聞稿說明，猴痘疫苗暴露前預防接種對象預計於本年 7 月初放寬，將由「近 6 個月內曾有高風險性行為」調整為「近 1 年有風險性行為者；過去曾罹患性病；或性接觸對象有前述任一情形者」；另為加速提高疫苗涵蓋率，該署已採購疫苗供各地方政府衛生局/處擴大疫苗接種服務，合作醫療院所名單詳見 https://gov.tw/3SG ，請宣導周知，並鼓勵符合接種條件者至合作醫療院所預約接種疫苗。
