說明：

一、依據客家委員會 112 年 6 月 13 日客會語字第 1126700505 號函 辦理。

二、依據國家客家發展計畫「以客語為國家語言、推動客語為 通行語」之目標，應建立全面性客語友善環境；另「促進 客庄地區醫療及長照體系，建構客語服務機制及強化客語 照顧服務員」亦為行政院客庄 369 治理平臺推辦事項，並前 經衛生福利部於 111 年 3 月 24 日及 4 月 14 日函請各縣（市）政 府轉知所轄機關、團體及醫療院所，鼓勵所屬人員在職學 習，增進提供客語服務的能力。

三、為協助上開人員學習客語、營造醫事客語友善環境，該會 哈客網路學院（網址： https://elearning.hakka.gov. tw ）特別設置醫療長照客語專區，並新製醫療相關客語課 程，模擬診間就醫情境，由專業醫師教授醫療情境所使用的客語語句，每單元課程約 5 分鐘，方便相關人員快速學 習。

四、請協助轉知所轄機關、團體及醫療院所，鼓勵多加利用課 程學習客語，俾利於醫療過程中以客語與民眾溝通、說 明，有助於良好醫病關係建立，以營造便民及溝通無礙的 客語環境。
