說明：

一、依據教育部體育署 112 年 6 月 8 日臺教體署學(二)字第 1120022269 號函辦理。

二、為透過教學實驗與增能活動促進體育教師對 QPE 素養導向體 育教材的理解與轉化能力，提升教師專業知能，支持十二 年國教課綱素養導向教學與評量之推動，爰辦理旨揭計 畫。

三、計畫參與資格(有下列之一者)：

(一)現任/曾任中央或各縣市健康與體育領域輔導團教師。

(二)現任/曾任高中體育學科中心教材研發教師。

(三)過去三年曾參與 QPE 計畫增能工作坊與研習者 (含今年暑假預計參加者)。

(四)具官方或民間組織辦理之素養導向體育教材研發、甄選 暨教學分享等經驗者。

(五)具有體育教學熱誠之全國高級中等以下學校體育教師。

四、報名資訊如下：

(一)報名日期：即日起至 112 年 6 月 30 日(星期五)。

(二)報名方式：請線上填表(網址： https://forms.gle /JQkF5w8LxDp9h8WJ8)完成報名。

(三)公告錄取名單： 112 年 7 月 7 日(星期五)另以 E-mail 通 知。

(四)本計畫為系列活動，參與教學實驗教師須全程參與，各 活動名額以 60 人為限，並由 QPE 計畫團隊依報名條件順 序、區域平衡原則及能全程參與各場次者優先錄取。

五、交通事宜請自行安排，國內旅費(不含雜費)由承辦單位核 支。其餘請詳見附件實施計畫。
