說明：

一、依據國教署 112 年 5 月 12 日臺教國署原字第 1120056547 號函 辦理。

二、「臺灣手語」已定為國家語言，依「國家語言發展法」規 定，十二年國民基本教育課程綱要總綱自 111 學年度起由國 民小學、國民中學及高級中等學校一年級開始實施。為賡 續培育臺灣手語師資，爰辦理本計畫。

三、國教署已委請國立嘉義大學辦理旨揭計畫，請貴校依計畫 薦派編制內現職正式教師參訓，其薦派方式如下：

(一)參訓對象：高級中等以下學校（含特殊教育學校）編制 內現職正式教師。

(二)報名方式：

１、有意願且符合參訓對象之教師，請填具報名表並至網 頁(https://forms.gle/4knkY7D4bkBq5QRg9)填寫報名 基本資料。

２、報名表經服務學校核章後，由服務學校送本局審核及 薦派。

３、每校一名為原則，報名請先至嘉大網頁填寫資料並於 5 月 26 日前至本局填報系統 18300 號上傳已核章附件，正 本請寄至本局特幼教育科(臺南市新營區民治路 36 號民 治市政中心)陳幸梅教師收。

４、公告錄取名單，於報名截止後， 1 週內公告培訓名單， 公告於國立嘉義大學特殊教育教學研究中心首頁最新 公告區（ http://www.ncyu.edu.tw/cset/），並以電 子郵件個別通知錄取與否。

５、培訓時間、地點及課程，預計 111 年 7 月至 113 年 2 月， 實際授課時間另行公告。課程時數為 108 小時，其中初 級臺灣手語課程安排於 7 月期間辦理，課程安排以每周 1 天，課程結束後，辦理初級臺灣手語課程評量，評量 通過後，續上中級臺灣手語課程及學科課程。

６、參與本計畫之現職正式教師，請貴校務必依錄取通知 及本培訓之課表（含培訓後測驗）給予公（差）假。 另，為鼓勵老師參與培訓，國教署將補助參訓教師排 代課鐘點費。

７、本計畫申請課程抵免：針對已擁有證照（手語翻譯員 等）或具手語能力或教學經驗之教師，如報名臺灣手 語教師培訓及認證時，得申請課程抵免，其抵免方式將公告於國立嘉義大學特殊教育教學研究中心網站 （網址： http://www.ncyu.edu.tw/cset/）。請在報 名時一併申請(使用報名表單，網址： https://forms. gle/4knkY7D4bkBq5QRg9)。

８、本計畫開班說明會訂於 112 年 6 月 16 日（星期五）上午 10 時，以線上會議方式辦理說明會（會議連結 https://sl-teach-ncyu.webex.com/s-l-teach-ncyutc/j.php?MTID=b2d79747462d325163dad732635b9 ）， 請參訓教師依時參與說明會，恕不個別通知，若當日 不克參加，說明會錄影資料將公告於國立嘉義大學特 殊教育教學研究中心網站（網址： http://www.ncyu. edu.tw/cset/）供參。
