說明：
一、「智學苑閱讀素養評量」係配合教育部於 110 年提出「推動中小學數位學習精進方案」達成「班班有網路 生生用平板」目標，以及配合教育部於 111 年提出新世代雙閱讀-提升國民中小學學生閱讀素養實施計畫，培養學生主動探索、獨立思考與解決問題能力的數位學習產品。
二、依據教育部於 111 年提出新世代雙閱讀-提升國民中小學學生閱讀素養實施計畫，旨在培養學生善用紙本與數位工具閱讀，依不同學習任務在不同媒介間自在轉換，成為能理解、能思辨的自學者。
三、本會 112 年 3 月 20 日祥字第 1120030000 號函，辧理「弱勢學生拔尖助學方案」之免費試用專案，得到學校熱烈反應，即將額滿截止，敬請把握最後機會。
四、「媒合專案」適用對象：學校老師認定之 112 學年度國小五、六年級弱勢學生。
五、「媒合專案」申請方式： 1.下載同意書，經校長核章。 2.學校承辦人以教師會員帳號登入，登錄承辦人與申請人數資料，上傳同意書。 3.審核完成。 4.線上登錄受贊助的弱勢學生帳號。 5.媒合主動贊助者。
六、「媒合專案」贊助方式：主動贊助者將捐款捐入學校教育儲蓄專戶，以指定「扶助弱勢學生提升閱讀素養」用途之方式，贊助弱勢學生使用「閱讀素養」。
七、「媒合專案」贊助期間：學校訂閱日起，學生開始使用至 113 年 7 月 31 日止。
八、若學校自籌到經費，不用上傳同意書，也可使用本專案登錄弱勢學生帳號，同樣享有弱勢拔尖方案之優惠價格。
