為讓集郵教室學生展現研習成果並相互切磋、交換心得，提升學習成效，進而帶動整體集郵風氣，特舉辦旨述比賽，相關說明如下：

(一)比賽項目：

１、「小小郵藝」(4 頁展頁)：限初階班學生個人參加。

２、「一框郵集」(16 頁展頁)：集郵教室學生均可參加，最多以 15 人為 1 組。

(二)郵品費補助方式：

１、「小小郵藝」每件補助新臺幣 500 元，每班最多 3 件；「一框郵集」每部補助 2,000 元，每班最多 2 部。

２、上開郵品費請授課教師取據，於 111 學年第 2 學期末向經辦郵局請領款項。發票或收據抬頭應書寫經辦郵局名稱及統一編號，如係郵局所開立之購買票品證明單則免填統一編號。

(三)報名方式：

１、請授課教師事先填妥「111 學年集郵教室製作集郵作品調查表」後於 4 月 28 日(星期五)前傳真至本公司集郵處，
