說明：
一、 依據宜蘭縣政府 112 年 3 月 13 日府授環綜字第 1120007779 號函辦理。
二、 2023 宜蘭綠色博覽會以「我們共同的未來 Our Common Future」為主題，在「蘇澳武荖坑風景區」全新打造一座《 Sustainability Maze 莎士登迷宮》，園區內有許多寓教於樂的挑戰關卡，也隱藏著 17 個珍貴的 SDGs 藏寶箱，裡面埋藏著「既能滿足當代的需要，同時又不損及後代需要」的知識寶藏，期盼親師生與遊客一起來挖掘，用知識與行動鋪起一條向永續未來的康莊大道。
三、 園區開設環境教育學習課程，參訪遊客可至園區各指定地點（如附件 1 地圖中的 EA2 、 EA4 、 EA5 、 EA9 、 A12 、 EA14 ）刷卡取得環境教育學習時數。所累積之時數，將匯入 2023 宜蘭綠色博覽會環境教育學習護照查詢系統網站（ https://misc.ilc.edu.tw/gredu/），參訪者於完成宜蘭綠博環境學習後，可立即上網列印環境教育研習證明，作為所屬單位開立「2023 宜蘭綠色博覽會環境學習」課程，後續登錄學習時數之證明。
四、 宜蘭綠色博覽會給予環境教育學習時數的方式如下：
(一)宜蘭縣中小學生可持童年閱讀卡直接刷卡，不需開卡。
(二)往年曾辦理取得「宜蘭綠卡」者，可直接刷卡，不需開卡。
(三)一般民眾（含公教人員），可持悠遊卡、一卡通或具有悠遊卡功能之 RFID （無線射頻辦識）卡片，至綠博園區入口處服務台開卡後即可使用。
(四)未持有 RFID 卡片之遊客，可至園區開卡點，以身分證或其他證件抵押，借用「宜蘭綠博環境教育學習護照卡」，經現場開卡後即可使用。
(五)學校或團體參訪如需取得環境教育時數，請至少於參訪前 3 日將成員之姓名、身分證統一編號等相關資料整後（如附件 2 ），寄至 yilanenvedu@gmail.com ，並以電話告知宜蘭縣政府環境保護局團體開卡需求，預先辦理開卡作業。聯絡電話：（ 03 ） 9907755 分機 156 。
