說明：

一、依據財團法人技專校院入學測驗中心基金會 112 年 2 月 2 日(112)技測資字第 1120350012 號函辦理。

二、旨揭研習為「教育部國民及學前教育署 112 年度國民小學及國民中學學生學習扶助科技化評量系統測驗結果資料運用－國小場教師研習（南區場次）」，相關資訊說明如下：

　(一)研習日期： 112 年 4 月 18 日（星期二）上午 9 時至下午 4 時（ 8 時 40 分開始報到）。

　(二)研習地點：台灣金融研訓院（南區）高雄分部/301 電腦教室（ 801 高雄市前金區中正四路 230 號 3 樓）。

三、報名方式：

　(一)報名日期：即日起至 112 年 4 月 10 日（星期一）止。

　(二)本案採線上報名，請至網址： https://reurl.cc/Wq5VNk ，報名後將以 E-mail 通知是否錄取。

　(三)囿於場地限制，依錄取說明進行檢核並依報名順序排序，額滿為止。

　(四)報名成功者，若無法出席，請務必於研習活動前三日來電或來信取消報名，以免影響後續參與研習資格。

五、其他注意事項：

　(一)參與研習教師於完成報名前務必請與任教學校確認，取得學生學習扶助科技化評量系統之帳號權限。

　(二)囿於研習場地未提供停車位，建請善用大眾運輸工具。往返交通請研習人員自理。

　(三)為響應環保，研習場地不提供杯水或瓶裝水，請研習人員自備環保餐具（杯、筷）。

　(四)因應中央流行疫情指揮中心防疫措施與考量研習場地空間配置，研習開始前，出席人員皆須接受體溫量測，額溫攝氏 37.5 度以上者或有嚴重咳嗽或呼吸急促症狀請勿進入研習場域，並請出席人員全程戴口罩（口罩請自備）。

　(五)本研習訊息同步公告於國民小學及國民中學學生學習扶助資源平臺/首頁/研習資訊(https://priori.moe.gov.tw/)。

六、請貴校惠予出席人員公（差）假登記。

七、檢附旨揭研習計畫 1 份（如附件）。
