說明:

一、依據「特殊教育法」、「特殊教育法施行細則」、「特殊教育學生調整入學年齡及修業年限實施辦法」及「身心障礙及資賦優異學生鑑定辦法」暨本局 111 年 12 月 29 日南市教特(二)字第 1111687372 號函核定辦理之。

二、各類鑑定期程摘要如下：

(一)國中一般智能優異學生鑑定安置：初選線上報名自 112 年 1 月 1 日(星期日)至 1 月 13 日(星期五)止，初選現場送件自 112 年 1 月 9 日(星期一)至 1 月 13 日(星期五)每日上午 7 時 30 分至下午 4 時 40 分。初選日期為 112 年 3 月 4 、 5 日(星期六、日)。

(二)國中數理學術性向資優學生鑑定安置：初選線上報名自 112 年 1 月 1 日(星期日)至 1 月 13 日(星期五)止，初選現場送件自 112 年 1 月 9 日(星期一)至 1 月 13 日(星期五)每日上午 9 時至下午 4 時。初選日期為 112 年 3 月 4 日(星期六)。

(三)提早入小學鑑定安置：初選報名自 112 年 1 月 9 日(星期一)至 1 月 13 日(星期五) 每日上午 8 時 30 分至中午 12 時，下午 1 時 30 分至 4 時。初選日期為 112 年 3 月 4 日(星期六)。

(四)國小音樂資優學生鑑定安置：初選報名自 112 年 3 月 27 日(星期一)至 3 月 31 日(星期五) 上午 8 時至中午 12 時，下午 2 時至 4 時。鑑定日期為 112 年 4 月 23 日(星期日)。

(五)國小一般智能優異學生鑑定安置：初選報名自 112 年 3 月 27 日(星期一)至 3 月 31 日(星期五) 上午 9 時至中午 12 時，下午 1 時 30 分至 4 時。初選日期為 112 年 4 月 22 日(星期六)。

(六)國小創造力資優方案學生鑑定安置：報名自 112 年 4 月 17 日(星期一)至 4 月 20 日(星期四) 上午 9 時至中午 12 時，下午 1 時 30 分至 4 時 30 分。鑑定日期為 112 年 6 月 3 日(星期六)。

三、檢附上述各類學生鑑定安置計畫 1 份(如附件)，亦可至本市特殊教育資源中心網頁（https://pse.is/4kyemk）瀏覽及下載。

         四、請各校公告週知並加強宣導，務必登載於聯絡簿轉知所屬學生及家長，以維護考生權益。並請各校協助辦理所屬學生觀察推薦報名事宜。
