說明：
一、依據教育部 111 年 10 月 25 日臺教社(一)字第 1110102843 號函辦理。
二、交通部為使承租人建立正確及安全的遊覽車租車使用觀念，已於本年 6 月 27 日交路字第 11150089472 號令修正發布汽車運輸業管理規則第 84 條，明訂遊覽車客運業車輛出租時，除應符合同規則第 19 條之 2(駕駛時間及休息時間)規定外，其單日出租車輛自車輛報到起至行程結束，調派單一駕駛人勤務不得逾 11 小時。
三、旨揭宣導影片已於片頭「租用遊覽車應注意事項」增加汽車運輸業管理規則第 84 條新增內容，俾促使遊覽車客運業及旅行業者與一般承租人可以共同建立正確及安全的遊覽車租車使用規範，以維護乘客行旅安全及駕駛員權益。
