說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 111 年 6 月 29 日臺教國署國字第 1110075255 號函辦理。
二、依行政院消費者保護會第 75 次會議紀錄裁示事項略以，市售中小學學生課業學習輔導教材多以學齡階段學生(童)為對象提供之升學導向相關商品及服務，為導正交易秩序，落實保護消費者權益，於教育部研擬「訂定定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」之規劃期間，透過學校體系加強教育宣導。
三、請貴校協助加強宣導，家長於消費購買市售中小學學生課業學習輔助教材前，應請留意相關購買權益(如費用金額、給付方式、教材費用包括之項目、不包括之項目、數位教材使用期限)之合理性等，另除約定項目外，業者不得以其他方式變相或額外收取費用。
