說明:

  1. 畢業季及暑假即將到來，請各校務必利用畢業典禮、期末休業典禮加強宣導水域安全與戲水安全，提醒學生切勿前往危險水域，並隨時注意自身安全。
  2. 查教育部校安通報事件統計，近年來學生因前往新興秘境發生溺水事件有增加趨勢，除因地處偏遠救援困難外，又因不諳當地水情與一時興起戲水，忽略開放性水域之危險性。
  3. 近年來親子露營風氣盛行，家長帶領學生前往偏遠溪流畔露營，亦有半夜或大雨後野溪暴漲而產生之憾事，請貴校於宣導時善用案例及事件態樣進行說明，建構家長與學生水域安全與戲水安全知能。
  4. 為強化家長與學生水域安全知能，請學校多利用(電子)公佈欄、社群媒體(學校臉書、家長 LINE 群組)或聯絡簿、家長班親會、學生朝會等，提醒家長與學生水域安全，並請家長務必留意子女行蹤，禁止學童單獨或結伴戲水。
  5. 為避免學生溺水憾事，各校可參採以下作法，提醒學生勿涉足危險水域：
    (1)國中部分：可納入學生獎懲規定(校規)；無故進入經公告之危險水域，經勸導無效者，記警告；無故進入經公告之危險水域，致生危險者，記小過。
    (2)國小部分：可結合現行學校榮譽制度或以書面通知方式，請家長配合共同督導學生戲水安全。
  6. 依據教育部體育署統計，學生常出現溺水事件之時間點如下：
    (1)每週五、六、日。
    (2)學生段考(期中/期末考)、畢業考前後。
    (3)暑假前夕與暑假期間。
    (4)溺水事件發生一週內。
  7. 檢附本市 111 年水域宣導圖卡供參，請各校下載使用，各校可至本市水域安全網(http://watersafety.tn.edu.tw)與教育部體育署學生水域運動安全網(https://watersafety.sa.gov.tw/)下載宣導短片與海報檔案等資源使用。
  8. 另依據教育部國教署 111 年 6 月 6 日臺教國署學字第 1110069954 號函辦理，彰濱工業區服務中心(鹿港、線西、崙尾)周遭海域水深危險，不宜從事水上活動，請各校轉知所屬師生。
