說明：

 

一、依據教育部 111 年 4 月 6 日臺教學(三)字第 1110025050 號函及本法第 2 條規定辦理。

 

二、本法於 110 年 11 月 19 日經立法院三讀通過並於本（ 111 ）年 6 月 1 日施行，該法以保護個人身心安全、行動自由、生活私密領域及資訊隱私，免於受到跟蹤騷擾行為侵擾，維護個人人格尊嚴為核心，各級學校應協助推動跟蹤騷擾防制教育、跟蹤騷擾被害人就學權益維護、學校輔導諮商支持及校園跟蹤騷擾事件處理之改善等相關事宜。

 

三、請貴校評估所屬教職員工生需求，安排多重管道宣導以減少本法法施行後，因年輕學子不熟悉跟騷法規定而誤觸法網，並使教師能有效輔導學生於兩性及感情關係中適度發展，以增進兒童及少年健全發展及保障兒少安全無虞。

 

四、本局亦製作圖卡（如附件）供學校多元運用，如印製海報、宣導單、貼紙或以電子檔形式揭示於校網、粉絲專頁與家長聯絡群組以達宣導跟蹤騷擾防制教育目的。
