說明：

一、因應教育部 111 年 4 月 12 日於中央流行疫情指揮中心公布之暫停實體課程實施標準，經本局與衛生局研商後，擬定本市所屬學校因應 COVID-19 實施暫停實體課程標準如下，並自即日起適用：

(一)學生同住家人經衛生單位「匡列」為密切接觸者(居家隔離者)，在篩檢結果未確認為陰性前，核予該生防疫假 1 日，並提供線上課程，經檢驗為陰性後，得返校上課。

(二)班級內有 1 名師生經衛生單位「匡列」為居家隔離者，在篩檢結果未確認為陰性前，該班暫停實體授課 1 日，改為線上課程，經檢驗為陰性後，該班恢復實體授課。

(三)班級內有 1 名師生「確診」，該班暫停實體授課 10 日，且確診者曾接觸之班級、社團、搭乘交通車、同住宿舍…等人員之班級，在被匡列篩檢者結果未確認為陰性前，暫停實體授課 2 日，改為線上課程，經檢驗為陰性後，該班恢復實體授課。

(四)學校暫停實體授課期間，若有新增他班「確診」案例時，比照上述(三)之規定辦理。

(五)學校有三分之一以上班級或全校達十班以上班級暫停實體授課 10 日，全校得暫停實體授課，改為線上課程，全體教職員工生應進行「自我健康監測」。

二、檢附「臺南市所屬學校因應 COVID-19 實施暫停實體課程標準」圖卡 1 份（如附件）。
