說明：
一、信誼基金會自 2019 年第 11 屆信誼兒童動畫獎增設「台灣兒童創作組」，鼓勵兒童創作動畫，藉以促進兒童媒體素養、動畫創作暨自我表達、分享與合作能力。參加對象為 7 歲至 12 歲的台灣學童，設立特優獎、優選獎、佳作獎各數名並頒發獎牌及獎金，入選獎數名頒發獎狀。
二、今年第 13 屆信誼兒童動畫獎「台灣兒童創作組」原訂 9 月 10 日截止收件，因疫情影響師生的創作時程，為使參賽者有更充裕的時間拍攝作品，收件截止日期延期至 10 月 15 日。
