說明：
一、經統計每年 6 月至 9 月為發生學生溺水事件高峰期，請加強向社區家長宣導。
二、暑假將屆，請加強水域安全宣導，提醒學生假日出遊安全，並請各授課教師將相關自救救生概念融入相關課程，以深化學生自救防溺知能。
三、查發展觀光條例第 60 條規定：「於公告禁止區域從事水域遊憩活動或不遵守水域遊憩活動管理機關對有關水域遊憩活動所為種類、範圍、時間及行為之限制命令者，由其水域遊憩活動管理機關處新臺幣一萬元以上五萬元以下罰鍰，並禁止其活動。」，爰進入禁止水域遊憩活動範圍從事戲水活動為違法行為。
四、經學校宣導後，為防範未然，避免發生學生溺水憾事一再發生，將學生違規進入經公告之危險水域，或至未配置救生員之水域戲水等危險行為，依程序將修訂辦法納入獎懲規定（校規），並得將前開情事參照違反交通安全規則等事蹟（臺南市立國民中學學生獎懲實施要點參考示例），針對學生危險行為予以規範。另依「臺南市國民小學學生獎懲實施要點」第 6 點，亦可針對前項學生違法行為，研議適宜之懲罰與輔導措施。
