說明：
一、依據校園學生自我傷害三級預防工作計畫及教育部國民及學前教育署 109 年 7 月 15 日臺教國署學字第 1090082823 號函辦理。
二、因近期「藍鯨遊戲」誘導兒童及少年加入群組案件頻傳，網路已融入大眾生活文化，且智慧型手機的功能及處處都是無線網路的環境情況下，更需注意兒童及少年使用手機的情況；學校、家長應建立與兒童及少年間的信任，協助兒童及少年建立良好健康上網觀念。
三、另為維護兒童及少年假期安全，仍請利用各項輔導及活動時機加強親師聯繫關懷學生，並宣導社群網路遊戲引誘青少年走向危險自我傷害等相關議題，暑假期間避免兒童及少年加入遊戲自殺群組，於網路遭有心人士誘惑而引起自我傷害等情形，以鼓勵從事正當休閒活動，增進兒童及少年健全發展，有效降低憾事發生機率，確保兒少權益及保障兒少網路安全無虞。
四、併附臺南市政府警察局製作「破解藍鯨遊戲懶人包」圖卡 1 份，請各校廣為宣導。
