說明：
一、由公共電視與富邦文教基金會主辦之「2020 第九屆台灣國際兒童影展」，將於 5 月 25 日至 8 月 5 日，在公共電視「公視+」影音平台進行線上影展免費放映，打破空間、時間限制，讓防疫期間減少外出的大小朋友，不用出門也能享受優質娛樂。
二、本屆影展以「理解與包容」為年度主題，精選世界各國百部兒童影視佳作，其中部分影片因版權關係限時三週觀賞，為讓師長及孩子有充足時間觀影，限時影片分成兩梯次上架： 5 月 25 至 6 月 14 日、 7 月 15 日至 8 月 5 日，請先註冊成為「公視+」會員，便可在登入後於「兒童影展」專區免費隨選觀看。
三、除提供優質影片免費觀賞之外，影展另規劃「觀影學習單」，供家長與老師下載使用，在觀影後與孩子進行討論，協助孩童理解影片意涵，同時激發思考，落實影像教育。拍照上傳完成的學習單至「台灣國際兒童影展」臉書粉絲團活動頁，還可抽獎拿限定禮品。
