為確保師生安全 臺南市宣布自 4/23 日起校園全面禁止對外開放

 

隨敦睦艦隊確診案例在臺南的足跡疫調結果公布，使得原本平靜的臺南，瞬間提升潛在社區傳染風險，也增加家長對校園開放的疑慮與學校防疫壓力。臺南市本於「料敵從寬、禦敵從嚴」、「阻絕傳染風險於境外」的防疫原則，黃偉哲市長於今(22)日宣布，為確保學校師生安全，從 23 日起，市屬各級學校的校園全面禁止對外開放，直到疫情舒緩為止，請習慣早晚與假日到校運動的民眾能包涵體諒。

    黃偉哲市長表示，為做好防疫，讓市民安心，市政團隊本於超前部署、全面守護的精神，持續透過各種公私協力與全民共同防疫的努力，讓臺南的確診案例一直維持在六都最低數。但計畫趕不上變化，隨著敦睦艦隊確診官兵在臺南的足跡疫調結果浮現，擴大民眾對不確定傳染風險的疑慮，許多家長也擔心校園開放會成為校園防疫的破口。因此，在國內疫情尚未舒緩前，為確保校園師生安全，有必要做出校園全面禁止開放的決定，希望平時已習慣入校運動的民眾能共體時艱，改換到公園或其他戶外活動場所做運動。

    教育局鄭新輝局長表示，本市所屬學校的校園門禁管制與開放的處理原則，是依國內與本市的疫情發展而調整。在敦睦艦隊群聚感染發生前，本市的確診案例幾乎全部是境外移入，因此校園僅限制室內空間不對外開放，戶外空間仍維持讓社區民眾可以早晚與假日入內運動。如今國內疫情快速升溫，社區潛在的傳染風險相對增加，因此不得不全面禁止校園對外開放，以降低校園防疫壓力與家長的疑慮，請學校妥適做好訊息傳遞與溝通，也請社區民眾能多多體諒。校園在全面禁止開放後，平時與假日民眾未經許可皆不得進入校園；家長接送小孩僅能到校門口；經許可進入校園之家長皆須量體溫與配戴口罩，且在指定場所等候；假日有開放校園停車之措施也將暫停實施。
