說明：
一、依據本府衛生局 109 年 2 月 17 日南市衛疾字第 1090021936 號函辦理。
二、依據衛生福利部疾病管制署（以下稱疾管署）監測資料顯示， 105 年及 108 年腸病毒 A71 型雖再度活躍，但其感染人數及重症疫情規模相較過去歷次大流行緩和，然社區仍持續檢出腸病毒 A71 型，無法完全排除本年仍有引發流行疫情之可能性。另由於新生兒免疫力尚未發展完全，感染腸病毒後併發重症及死亡的機率較高，加上克沙奇 B 型病毒及伊科病毒都曾造成國內新生兒腸病毒重症疫情，目前尚無法推估其流行頻率，故仍須防範新生兒腸病毒群聚與重症疫情之發生。此外，腸病毒 D68 型曾於 106 年造成 12 例重症個案，如依國際經驗，其流行週期約為 2 年，而 107 與 108 年間僅有零星重症個案發生，不排除 109 年再度活躍之可能性。
三、請依照疾管署之「腸病毒防治工作指引」、「教托育人員腸病毒防治手冊」，加強學幼童健康管理及疫情監控，落實腸病毒防治與衛生教育工作，並依據「臺南市公私立國民中小學及幼兒園腸病毒通報暨停課要點」規定，辦理疫情通報及相關停課措施。
四、請依教育部及疾管署所訂之「教托育機構洗手設備標準」及「腸病毒防治查核建議重點」，落實定期環境清潔及重點消毒並製作清消紀錄、洗手設備維護並提供適當之洗手乳或肥皂等、教導學童勤洗手、正確洗手步驟及洗手時機、呼吸道衛生及咳嗽禮節、向學童及家長衛教正確腸病毒防治知識及「生病不上學」之觀念等衛生教育工作；衛生單位將加強執行洗手設備及腸病毒衛教宣導查核工作。
五、疾管署已修訂「傳染病防治工作手冊－腸病毒感染併發重症」、「腸病毒防治工作指引」及「教托育人員腸病毒防治手冊」，包含統計數據更新、酌修相關指引消毒文字內容及增加實務執行上之注意事項等，請至該署全球資訊網首頁 https://www.cdc.gov.tw＞傳染病與防疫專題＞傳染病介紹＞第三類法定傳染病＞腸病毒感染併發重症＞重要指引及教材項下查閱。
六、檢送旨揭應變計畫及腸病毒防治查核建議重點各 1 份(如附件)供參。
