說明：
一、依據大愛衛星電視股份有限公司 107 年 11 月 21 日慈視節一字第 1070000641 號辦理。
二、計畫目標：為配合 12 年國家教育政策，培養學生科技與媒體素養；將以透過媒體採訪培養全國各駐校小記者敏銳觀察力以及事件分析力，並藉由串聯全國各駐校小記者建立全國小學生之兒童新聞網，讓全國各地的兒童有機會能獨立陳述自我觀點，表達意見爭取權利。
三、報名資格：徵選日期自 107 年 11 月 20 日起至 12 月 20 日截止，請各校三至六年級學生踴躍報名，報名者可以自行組隊或以社團方式報名參加，惟皆須有一名家長或指導老師共同參與。
四、報名方式：欲報名者請於截止日期 107 年 12 月 20 日前上網（網址:http://www.daai.tv/announcement/8 ）填妥報名表並提供 1 分鐘自我介紹影片連結網址及自我介紹文字稿。
